San Diego Restaurant Week, Jan 15-20

 If you'll be traveling in San Diego, California, January 15-20 and plan to take advantage of the prix fixe menus at some of the city's best restaurants - make your reservations now.

Many local residents, as well as visitors, dine out nearly every day during Restaurant Week, leaving few tables in the most popular spots.

During this limited time, two-course lunches cost $10, $15, or $20 and three-course dinners are $20, $30, or $40.

In La Jolla, participating restaurants include Apollonia Greek Bistro (one of my personal favorites), Chedi Thai Bistro, Crab Catcher Restaurant, NINE-TEN Restaurant (in the Grand Colonial Hotel), Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and Tapenade Restaurant .
